Handcrafted Product: Each piece is individually produced and finished. Small variations, layer lines, surface texture, or other minor cosmetic differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Liability: Once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
